Undone
In Isaiah 6:5 KJV, Isaiah declared, “I am undone.” When you rest in His Presence, let down your guard, open your heart and be transparent with Him. Let sin die in His Presence. Let the old man die in His Presence. Let your flesh die in His Presence. Choose to become undone. According to Strong’s Concordance, the Hebrew word for “Undone” is, ‘ damah ’ which means, “To be brought to silence, to cease, cause to cease, cut off, destroy or to perish.” In this moment, Isaiah was brought to silence. In fact, Isaiah thought that he was about to die because He saw God. Sin cannot stand in His Presence. Flesh cannot stand in the presence of God. Isaiah was struck by fear, both reverential awe and natural fear by this awesome wonder. Honor the moment. Honor the platform that God has given you. Steward the moment well. Fear does not have to paralyze you. It is okay to honor the moment and to understand the magnitude of your call, but don’t stay stuck mesmerized ...
